1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside India, please contact us at hello@store4indians.com before ordering.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Order Verification: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. If we need additional information, we will contact you via email or phone.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (metro cities)
- Remote/Rural Areas: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: Available for select products at an additional cost. Delivery within 1-3 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather, or holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999.
- Standard Shipping Fee: ₹79 for orders below ₹999.
- Express Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout (if available).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order status on our website or through the courier’s tracking portal.
6. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Missed Delivery: If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at hello@store4indians.com for assistance.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For special requests, please email us before placing your order.
