1. Returns
- Eligibility:
You may request a return within 07 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. - Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain health gadgets and personal care items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. - Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@store4indians.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will provide you with return instructions.
2. Refunds
- Inspection:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. - Refund Method:
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. - Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at hello@store4indians.com.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. - Non-Refundable Shipping:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
